2018 MLC Workshop Presenter Form

MLC Workshop Room Set-Up Request

This form must be completed and submitted no later than Thursday, September 3.

  • Workshop Information

    If you are presenting with others, please consult with them before responding to the questions below.

  • Workshop Room Set-Up

    All rooms will be set with round tables and chairs with a few potential exceptions when space may preclude it. In addition, each workshop room will be set with a podium, a mic and speakers, a projector and screen. If you would like to request other items for your workshop, they must be indicated in the comments box below. We will let you know if we are unable to fulfill your request.
