Many missionary administrators feel that they are already overburdened with responsibilities. The prospect of being asked to recognize symptoms of stress and trauma in their missionaries may seem like an overwhelming and unreasonable expectation. The missions realm also needs consistent creative effective new ways for how we activate, recruit, and onboard new workers. The environment is ripe for unprecedented breakthroughs in mobilization collaborations in the North American missions’ enterprise.
