Volunteer Opportunities

We are looking for Volunteers for the Mission Leaders Conference?

Serving as a volunteer is a great way to attend the conference at a greatly reduced rate of $209.

When are volunteers expected to work? Volunteers are asked to work a minimum of 3 shifts from the following:

Tuesday – September 22

  • 10 AM – 4:00 PM

Wednesday – September 23

  • 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Thursday – September 24

  • 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM

What tasks will I be asked to do?

  • Help with conference set-up: place signage, assemble name badges, and other tasks
  • Assist with attendee check-in
  • Assist at the Information Desk
  • Help direct attendees to where they need to go
  • Standby to help assist workshop hosts and presenters with last minute needs

Will I be able to attend sessions?

Yes. When not on your shift, you may participate in any and all sessions including meals. When on a shift, 15 minutes after the start of a session, if your assistance is not needed, you are welcome to join a session. We ask that you leave 5 minutes before the end of that session so that you are at your post at the conclusion of the session.

When will I know if I have been selected to volunteer.

We will be in touch within a few days of receiving your application.
