Read what we believe
Take a look at our Statement of Faith before you start. You’ll be asked to formally sign it, along with our Community Agreement, once you’re set up.

Contact details, mailing address, and a card. Membership starts the moment it goes through, and there’s nothing to wait for.

Watch for your welcome email
It brings access to the Resource & Support Hub, instructions for managing your staff list, and the Community Agreement and Statement of Faith to review and sign.

Add your team
Your Primary Contact adds staff from the membership dashboard. Each person’s account uses their own email address and their own password, and gets the same access everyone else has. No limit, no extra charge, and you can add or remove people any time of year.
One person holds the keys
Every membership has a Primary Contact, the champion for your organization’s account. They get renewal invoices, manage who has access, and are our first call when something needs sorting out. Whoever completes the signup becomes the Primary Contact by default. If it should be someone else, email us and we’ll switch it in a minute.
A role-based address like [email protected] works better than a personal one, since the account survives staff changes.

Before you sign up
Does one membership really cover everybody?
Yes. There are no per-seat fees and no cap on how many staff you add. One organization, one membership, everyone included.
Who should be our Primary Contact?
Someone who will still be there next year. They receive renewal invoices and manage staff access, so a role-based email address works better than a personal one, since it keeps the account clean when people move on.
When does our membership renew?
One year from the day you signed up. It’s an annual subscription, and the renewal notice goes to your Primary Contact.
Can we add or remove staff mid-year?
Any time. Your Primary Contact manages the list from the membership dashboard, and there’s no charge either way.
What happens when someone leaves our organization?
Email us and we’ll remove them from your account. If they’d like to stay connected, through another member organization or on their own, we can help them move their account to a personal email address so they don’t lose touch.
Our church is small. Is this worth it?
Church dues start at $250 a year and cover your whole missions team, volunteers included. That’s roughly what one conference seat costs.
