It launches in person at the Mission Leaders Conference, then runs virtually through May.

A cohort for emerging leaders — Gen Z and Millennials, roughly 25 to 40 — who are new to leadership or preparing to step into it, and who are usually here because a mentor recommended them. Together you’ll build communication, conflict resolution, resilience, and the intergenerational teamwork that makes all three usable.
