Refund policy
Any registration cancelled by 26 August is refunded in full, less a $75 cancellation fee. The refund goes back to the payment method you used.
How member pricing works
Member pricing is for individuals whose email address sits on an active Missio Nexus membership. During registration your admission fee is set automatically by the email address you enter.
If the price shown is not the member rate, that address is not on an active membership. Email [email protected] and the team can confirm your status or add your address to the membership record before you finish registering.

This year we will not be offering a virtual pass. Please plan to join us in-person.
No. Workshops will not be recorded.
Yes. The Finance Administration & Legal, Development, and Information Technology workshops provide the opportunity to earn up to 12 hours of CPE credit.
All registrations cancelled by August 24 will be refunded in full minus a $75 cancellation and processing fee. After that, there are no refunds. You may transfer a registration to another person without a penalty or fee. All cancelled pre-conferences will be refunded fully up through August 24. After that, no refund is available.
The conference officially begins at 2:00pm on Wednesday, September 23 and ends at 12:00pm on Friday, September 25. The first meal of the conference is Wednesday dinner. Thursday lunch and dinner are also included. Breakfasts are on your own. There are several places to purchase food in the hotel. There are also a number of local area restaurants within a short drive of the Caribe Royale.

Yes. Attending the entire conference is your best value but day passes are available. Student passes are also available for full-time students.
No. At the time of checkout, you may select “Pay Offline”. Let us know and we will send you an invoice which you can pay by check. Unfortunately, we cannot provide invoices for individual registrations.
The answer is yes! Volunteering is a great way to participate in the conference at a greatly reduced rate.
No, it is not too late. You can add a session by returning to the conference website and clicking on “Already Registered?”
