Are you passionate about connecting God’s people with Great Commission opportunities? Timothy Two Project International is seeking a strategic, relationally-driven Director of Partnership Development to champion our fundraising efforts and expand our network of ministry partners. In this role, you will empower our global training initiatives by cultivating deep, lasting relationships with donors, churches, and foundations.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Strategic Fundraising: Design and implement a comprehensive funding strategy to sustain and expand Timothy Two’s global workshop operations.
Relationship Cultivation: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, major givers, and church partners.
Church & Foundation Relations: Identify and pursue grant opportunities and formal church partnerships aligned with our mission.
Donor Communication: Collaborate with leadership to create compelling updates, appeals, and impact reports that celebrate what God is doing in the field.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

A vibrant, mature faith in Jesus Christ and a deep commitment to global theological education.
Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, sales, or non-profit development.
Excellent interpersonal, writing, and public speaking skills.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and donor-database management capabilities.

💼 Compensation & Funding Structure

Funding Type: Missionary Support-Raised.
In alignment with Timothy Two’s organizational philosophy, this is a missionary appointment. The successful candidate will develop a personal team of prayer and financial partners to cover their salary and benefits.
Operational Backing: The ministry operations budget will cover standard departmental expenses, donor software, and organizational travel.
