Bishop David Perrin is the Founder and President of Boundless Ministries, Inc., an organization dedicated to mobilizing and equipping African Americans for cross-cultural missions. He has planted multiple churches in the United States, Kenya, and Uganda. He is the creator of the National African American Missions Conference (NAAMC) and the International Missions Conference. He teaches local leaders how to extend the Kingdom of God within their own context.
