As more agencies are experiencing the need to have the perspectives and gifts of women inform their directions for the future, they are looking for women to serve on their Boards and in their decision-making teams. Why do they seem hard to find? We will look at the practical benefits to addressing this issue well as well as possible barriers that tend to be traditional, structural, or personal. By creating more avenues to find, develop, and employ more gifted women in our leadership structures, we can unlock more talent in our women all across the ministry spectrum to strengthen the good work to which we are called!
