Employment performance evaluations are not generally an explosion of fun in the business world, nor are they in the missions world. Yet, such evaluations can be a great tool for encouragement, strategic focus, alignment of priorities, communication, and mutual understanding. Our experience is that it is worth the investment of time and energy for both the missionary and the one performing the evaluation. One of the topics of this webinar will be the Missionary Debrief and Evaluation Tool (MDET), which will be made available during this webinar at no charge. Not only does the MDET include the above referenced performance evaluation, it also has a very thorough debrief regarding health of all of the following areas: physical, emotional, spiritual, family, and team relationships. Finally, it concludes with an evaluation of the atmosphere for CPM based on the 37 factors referenced in David Garrison’s book, Church Planting Movements. During this webinar, we will introduce the MDET and other means for providing quality care and accountability for our missionaries.
