Are you ready to invest in the next generation of mission leaders? The Next Gen Leaders Series by Missio Nexus is a dynamic, multi-layered initiative designed to cultivate confident, Christ-centered leaders equipped to serve with excellence and vision.

Inspired by Adam Henckler’s TED Talk, the series is built around the PAL framework—Peers, Advisors, and Leaders—three essential pillars of support that foster growth, transformation, and impact.

🔹 Leaders
We begin at the top. Organizational leaders set the tone for culture, values, and vision. Through a series of three targeted webinars, we equip leaders to create environments that welcome, equip, and integrate emerging leaders—without compromising excellence or mission integrity.

🔹 Advisors
Mentors matter. Our Emerging Leaders Mentors (ELM) Cohort is a multi-month online training experience that prepares advisors to guide, listen, and advocate for young leaders. With tools, coaching, and community, mentors learn to draw out the unique giftings of their mentees and connect them to purpose and vision. A new cohort for mentors of Next Gen Leaders will be offered in the new year, with details to follow the third webinar.

🔹 Peers
Connection fuels growth. Each Fall, selected Next Gen Leaders gather for a 4-day in-person cohort experience, followed by six months of online engagement. These cohorts build leadership habits rooted in Christian values and character, while expanding networks across organizations.

The next in-person gathering will take place December 7–10, 2026 at the San Pedro Center in Orlando.

Registration will open in the Spring.
