How Men Can Help Women in Leadership: The Lay of the Land and Best Practices

This presentation shares the findings from a national study on women in leadership within evangelical nonprofits.  This study, focused on identifying best practices, involved more than 1400 organizations.  Interviews with the leaders of the 15 organizations that were most effective in using the gifts of women in leadership were carried out in order to develop a list of best practices that can aid others in instituting effective change.
