2024 Mobilization Report

Missio Nexus is excited to announce the release of the 2024 Mobilization Statistics from our member mission agencies. This report includes valuable data contributed by seventy-six member agencies, focusing on both long-term and short-term worker mobilization, as well as long-term missionary placement.

The data is collected on an annual basis, with the next round of data collection scheduled for spring 2025.

Included in this release are two essential documents:

Summary Document: This document represents the data from 76 Missio Nexus members, categorized into long-term mobilization and short-term mobilization. It provides a high-level overview of the mobilization efforts and trends observed among our member agencies.

Complete Document: This detailed document includes all submitted data entries with the following columns:

• Ministry name
• Ministry website
• Primary organization type
• Number of NEW INTERESTED long-term field workers
• Number of APPLICANTS to be long-term field workers
• Number of people who are PRE-FIELD
• Number of long-term workers/staff who DEPARTED for the field
• Number of short-term interested in 2 weeks or less
• Number of short-term interested in more than 2 weeks but less than 1 year
• Number of short-term interested in 1-2 years

Participating members (see the list below) will receive a FREE coupon code, sent to their staff contributor, to access the report. This code will grant them exclusive access to the data contained within the report. Non-participating members have the option to purchase a digital copy for $50, while non-members can acquire the report for $100.

We believe this report will be helpful resource for understanding the current state of mobilization within our community and for planning future strategies. We encourage all members to participate in the upcoming data collection round to continue contributing to this important initiative.
