Registration

Registration includes attendance at all general conference sessions and workshops, plus meals and breaks as shown on the conference schedule. Breakfast is on your own. You must arrange your own accommodations at the Caribe Royale.

Please review the following information to guide you through registration.

  • Missio Nexus Member: Login before registering to obtain the member rate. If this is the first-time you are logging in you will be asked to request a new password. If, after logging in, you still do not see the member ticket displayed and believe you qualify, call 770.457.6677.
  • Non-Member: If you are not a Missio Nexus member, now is a great time to join and immediately take advantage of a discounted registration plus a full year of member benefits. Learn more about membership here.
  • Earn a free registration: Register a Group of 4 Missio Nexus members and receive a 5th registration free.
  • Please register 1 person at a time: Please register each person as a separate transaction. This allows accurate answers to the closing personal preference/logistical questions for each registrant; and is especially critical if there are individual dietary needs. Only the email of the person completing the registration will receive a confirmation email. There is no sharing of registrations.
  • Multiple Registrations: If you are registering 2 or more individuals, please download and complete the following registration form and return to Info@MissioNexus.org. We will process your registrations and invoice you. Click here for Multiple Registrations.
  • Volunteering options: Interested in volunteering? We would love your assistance. Click here for information on volunteering. Or you can email Events@MissioNexus.org and discover discounts available for volunteers.
  • Bless Another: There are many who would like to attend the Mission Leaders Conference but are unable to do so. Please consider donating to this scholarship fund to help others come to the 2019 Mission Leaders Conference.
  • Add-On tickets: It’s best to purchase the ticket(s) at the same time as your conference registration. If you have already purchased your conference ticket and wish to purchase an add-on, you may select and pay for only the desired ticket(s).
  • Student Discount: Thursday or Friday only = $99 | Full conference = $199. These rates are available for undergraduate students who are attending classes full-time. The student rate includes attendance at all sessions, plus food and beverage for the designated time period purchased. Registration is not available online but may be purchased by calling 770.457.6677.Some restrictions apply.

Cancellation

If you must cancel for any reason, a $75 handling fee will be assessed through September 7. After September 7, there is no refund available, but you may substitute someone from your organization. No refunds on exhibitor/sponsor tickets.

Accommodations

Special Conference Group Rate: $119/night (+ tax)

You are responsible to book your own hotel room.  Conference group rate ends Friday, August 24th or sooner if the group-rate block is sold out.

Flights

Flights should be booked into the Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Transportation

Caribe Royale is approximately 22 miles from the Orlando International Airport ( 35 minutes travel time).

For ground transportation between the airport and hotel we recommend CityOne Xpress. CityOne Xpress will group reservations to create a shared ride wherever possible, BUT you will only be sharing with other guests coming to the Mission Leader’s Conference. Unlike the other shuttle services in the area, CityOne will go directly from the airport to the Caribe Royal – our conference hotel. (Other services stop at multiple hotels on their way to the Caribe.) Reserve your ride by using the link below to visit the “EZ Reservation” page. After completing this you will be directed to a secure site to make your payment.  All reservations must be made 21 days prior to guest arrival. Your confirmation will be sent 48 to 72 hours after the receipt of payment. Guests will be met by a greeter at baggage claim.
