Mobilization Team Leader

Description:
Use your leadership experience, communication skills and passion for mentoring to help people become actively engaged in advancing the gospel around the world. Develop and implement strategies that guide people toward service opportunities at SonSet Solutions that use their unique skills and experience. Lead our mobilization efforts that will teach, inspire, and involve believers in the fulfillment of the Great Commission.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership and vision casting ability.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and mentoring mindset.
• Proven experience in verbal and written communication.
• Working knowledge of international missions.
• Inclined to, and capable of, using technology for mobilization purposes.
• Strong implementation and delegation skills.
• Committed to team development and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to develop and populate a recruitment pipeline for bringing more workers on board with the organization.
• Provide information and coaching that guides people toward service opportunities.
• Determine strategies that enhance recruitment of workers.
• Coordinate identification of personnel needs and their desired messaging.
• Manage the flow of people through the recruitment pipeline.
• Build and develop the mobilization team and guide broader staff involvement in mobilization.

Be a born-again follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for service, passionate for the advancement of the gospel around the world, and willing to uphold the SonSet Solutions Statement of Faith.

This is a full-time position at our offices in Elkhart, Indiana. For supported staff, it requires the development of ministry partnerships for prayer and financial backing. A volunteer may also fill this position.
