Innovate 2021

Join us in Dallas, Texas for the 2021 Mission Leaders Conference — Innovate, September 22–24, 2021.

In light of current global events we must be bold in our approach to global missions — including addressing current realities and needed changes. Trends are emerging in innovation within the North American mission community. Progress is moving forward. New initiatives are not in decline nor at a standstill. Significant momentum is building.

So where do we go from here? Innovation and collaboration do not just suddenly appear. Solid, strategic innovations in missions will have to be built over time. It will be a process. The on-ramp for this process begins with each of us taking initiative to get into the mix. We need to right now explore and join existing collaborations, make an effort to connect, and be part of the mainstream of what’s happening in the global missions community.

Possibly the most critical success factor for effective innovation is in finding strategic partners for collaboration that share the vision for strategic outcomes. To realistically and practically bring about innovations in missions we will have to stay the course, maintaining steady and wholehearted commitment to it.

Leaders from the North American missions community will gather in Dallas, Texas in September of 2021 to network and catalyze relationships needed for innovation in global missions.

The ultimate goal of glory to God among the nations can be achieved by collaboratively applying new forms to the biblical functions of missions. A summary for this effort is captured well in Isaiah 62:10, “Pass through, pass through the gates! Prepare the way for the people. Build up, build up the highway! Remove the stones. Raise a banner for the nations.”

Mission leaders, let’s get moving!
