Join us for this open conferencing event for the leaders of innovation in ministry organizations. The intended audience is an innovation lab leader or primary leader responsible for innovation in a ministry organization. We will collect innovation topics that interest participants and have a facilitated discussion around these. We may invite outside speakers, but the primary emphasis will be on the transparent sharing of successes and struggles, things we have learned, and how we might better create innovative solutions in our context.
This event will be held at the Seeds Global Innovation Lab on the beautiful Pioneers campus located at 10123 William Carey Drive, Orlando, Florida, 32832. Registration includes Monday dinner and snacks and Tuesday snacks and lunch.
It does not include lodging. For those in need of lodging a block of rooms has been set aside at the Frizen Center and the Holiday Inn Express – both located on the Pioneers campus.

Rob is the Founder / Executive Director of Seeds Global Innovation Lab (3 years), and he serves as the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer for Pioneers. His passion is to equip the global missions community for the emerging world. Rob’s interests include teaching a Biblical framework of innovation, global strategic planning, future-casting, and global security strategies. He holds a BA in Organizational Communication, an MA in religion, and certificates in Strategy and Innovation from both MIT and Stanford.
Ted worked in the computer industry before becoming a church planter in Sarajevo, Bosnia, during the 1990s. He is the author of Overwhelming Minority, the story of their family’s ministry in Bosnia. In 2000, Ted became the Canadian director of Pioneers and three years later moved to Orlando to join the leadership team of Pioneers USA. In 2015 he was appointed the President of Missio Nexus. Ted has a PhD in Intercultural Studies (Fuller Theological Seminary, 2012) and is the author of The Innovation Crisis: Creating Disruptive Influence in Ministry You Lead.
Jacob is the Executive Director of Seeds Global Innovation Lab. He has been at Seeds since its inception. He sets the vision for the team, including finding new avenues to support organizations with innovation. Jacob is also an adjunct professor of Design Thinking at Crummer Graduate School of Business.
