Building Missionaries: Fostering Souls for Success on the Field

Many pastors and Mission Leaders in the local church do not know how to respond when a person approaches and states that they think that God is calling them to the mission field. Do the local church and pastor have a role to play?  Is there a duty that the local church has to a potential candidate to help in the preparation for a life abroad? This seminar will explore the vital role that the local church can and must take in the preparation of healthy mission candidates. 

Presenter: Glenn Hanna is the mission pastor at Allegheny Center Alliance Church (ACAC), a large, inner city, diverse church in Pittsburgh. ACAC contributes over 18% of its annual income to missions. ACAC currently has over 40 missionaries on the field and 40 more candidates in development.

Glenn leads all of these efforts.
