Webinar: The Platform Revolution in Missions: Connecting Everyone to Everywhere on God’s mission
Description:
Digital connectivity makes international networking easier than at any time in history. Online platforms like Uber, Airbnb, Amazon, Upwork, eBay, eHarmony, Etsy, and Alibaba are revolutionizing business and connecting people everywhere with each other. Yet the platform model is significantly under-utilized in missions. Today, everyone from anywhere can share their talents with the entire church in ways that were inconceivable—until now. Satoo is the online platform that makes this talent-sharing possible. Satoo connects skilled volunteers with global needs. We do this by facilitating short-term, virtual opportunities for Christians to use their gifts and skills to serve the global church and the common good. Satoo makes missions from everyone to everywhere possible.
This webinar describes the research behind the development of Satoo and why now is the time for a platform revolution in missions to connect God’s people for good in new ways.
Presenter:

In the last 40 years, the church around the world has grown dramatically. Missions engagement is moving from a pipeline to a platform model. We have the exciting opportunity to create a platform enabling any Christian from anywhere to connect their unique talents with God’s mission.
