Description
We will discuss incorporating innovative recommendations and lessons from the first four workshop presentations into the care provided by our organizations. These will have included an assessment on the state of member care today, best practices for organizations that send out global workers, faithful presence and engagement with global workers, and the introduction of special forces training for the soul. We will explore the possibilities of cooperating as a network of mission and church leaders to lead organizational member care into the future.
