John and his wife, Liz, served with Navigators on College campuses at Purdue University and San Diego State University. Through the course of those 10 years on campus they met with many students from the Middle East and eventually moved to the Middle East for 8 years. John taught and studied Middle East Studies at the American University of Beirut. He now serves with The Navigators as Director of Nations Within an outreach to the diaspora in the USA.
