Khalida Wukawitz is a former devout Muslim with a heart wrenching story. She spent part of her childhood in an orphanage and was eventually sold to Bedouins after surviving two major Middle Eastern wars. Her failed arranged marriage left her alone with 3 children. Khalida was a broken and hurting woman.
Not knowing what to do and where to go, she set out on a journey to discover what life is all about. Scared and penniless she was facing death threats from her ex-husband and the Muslim community that she left behind. Khalida was at the end of her ability to face life. Christ miraculously met her in this dire moment and God with His great love changed the course of her life from darkness to light.
