Do you collaborate with visionary leaders, deeply passionate about the mission, yet sometimes lack the resources to accomplish the work? You can grow in project management skills, which will increase your productivity and the effectiveness of your organization. Join us in learning about project management, discussing the value of limits for creative teams, understanding how to create a smooth process, and learning how to shepherd a team in accomplishing tasks to complete projects. We will dive into the waterfall and agile workflows, how to manage multiplying to-do lists, and how to effectively execute strategy.
