Mobilizing Today’s Multiethnic American Church for Effective Intercultural Engagement
February 8 @ 1:00 pm – 2:15 pm EST
As a whole, the “American Church” is made up of persons from different nations, tribes, peoples, and languages. This is evident when you look at the congregations across our nation. But how can we reflect this in missions from the United States with the rest of the world? Join us as we look at important issues for the multiethnic mobilization of today’s church in America that represents different cultures of honor/shame, power/fear, and innocence/guilt.
This is a “Communities of Caring” event presented by the Ethnic Inclusion Network of Missio Nexus. The special guest for this episode is Voltaire Cacal, Director of International Student Development and Associate Dean of Students at DTS.
