From a theological perspective, we know that Jesus gave the Great Commission to His Church, not a para-church agency. However, the reality of working with churches is more complicated and often frustrating. What does it actually look like for a mission agency to partner with local churches? How can agencies honor churches and involve them in the day-to-day work of reaching the unreached?
We’ll discuss the characteristics shared by agencies who honor churches well and ways to transform your culture to not just talk about church partnership but actually do it.
