Jon Hirst is the Chief Innovation Officer at SIL International. He has over 25 years of experience bringing global nonprofit, innovation and communications expertise together to deliver global solutions. Early in his career, he helped develop one of the early interactive websites for young people. Jon went on to help start two companies focused on serving nonprofit organizations with innovation, strategy, content and technology solutions. Jon is an author, marketer, publisher and, most recently, he was CEO for GMI (Global Mapping International), a boutique research firm serving faith-based nonprofits globally.
Ted Esler leads Missio Nexus, an association of agencies and churches from the US and Canada representing over 54,000 Great Commission workers worldwide. Ted worked as a computer consultant before becoming a church planter in Sarajevo, Bosnia, during the 1990s. From there he worked in various leadership positions in Pioneers. In 2015 he was appointed the President of Missio Nexus. Ted has a PhD in Intercultural Studies (Fuller Theological Seminary, 2012) and is the author of The Innovation Crisis: Creating Disruptive Influence in Ministry You Lead. Ted lives to see the church reclaim its role as a leader in innovation, just as Jesus led innovation in the 1st century.
Mark Tabladillo, Ph.D. works full-time for Microsoft as a data scientist and cloud architect. He is an expert in AI and has been working with customers to build solutions for Open AI and ChatGPT. He volunteers as Regional Director for Ratio Christi, which is a campus apologetics and evangelism ministry. He has spoken to several Christian organizations, including university groups and Missional AI, about the technology and ethics of AI.
