This session will summarize the legal developments related to religious liberties and “sexual liberties” in the last 30 years. It will then review on significant developments in the law in the last few years that have resulted in some of the most significant legal, ministry and cultural challenges for faith-based organizations in the last several decades. Finally, it will focus on proactive steps ministries can take to respond to these challenges.
