Summary

This book brings both an awareness of the spiritual plight of the third of humanity who have no access to the gospel and an understanding of what it takes to reach these unreached. The book brings this awareness and understanding through a deep dive into the five “Great Commission” passages of Christ in the four Gospels and Acts. The author argues that these passages convey details—the model, magnitude, method, message, and means—of the Christian’s responsibility to spread the story of redemption to the nations. The author also argues that John 3:16 (which encapsulates the entire gospel) is the logical and theological reason for reaching the unreached “third of us.” Finally, the book presents the reality of opposition involved in reaching this third and how the readers can respond to this challenge.
