Be a part of the 2025 Missio Nexus Surveys! With over 350 member organizations, Missio Nexus is leading the way in mission mobilization, and we need your input. By participating, you’ll see the latest trends and insights on mission mobilization, contribute to a comprehensive analysis of member demographics and engagement, and help gather vital data on senior leader compensation trends within missions. The insights we gain from these studies will help us make better decisions and strategies, driving meaningful change across the field.

As a bonus, all participants will receive the final reports for free! For those who don’t participate, the reports will be available for $100 for members and $150 for non-members. The survey is open from March 15–May 15, 2025.

Mission Agency Mobilization Survey 2025

The 2025 Mobilization Survey is now open, and your insights are crucial in understanding trends, challenges, and opportunities in global mission mobilization. Mission leaders, mobilizers, recruiters, and agencies are all encouraged to participate. The survey covers key data on long-term mobilization trends, including the number of new interested long-term field workers, applicants for long-term missions, workers preparing for the field, and departing long-term staff/workers. It also examines short-term mobilization trends, such as interest in trips under 2 weeks, trips between 2 weeks and 1 year, and 1–2 year commitments. Your input will help shape the 2025 Mobilization Report, a vital resource for the mission community.

By participating, you’ll help us gather essential data that will inform fair and competitive compensation practices across the field. You’ll be able to see data parsed by agency size and income, along with regional information. The study covers not only CEO salaries but also other C-suite positions. All participants receive the final report for free! For non-participating members, the report is available for $100, and for non-members, it is $150.
