Wendy Wilson

Ms. Wendy Wilson expresses her joy and privilege as envisioning and equipping women to bring their gifts fully into the grand calling of the Great Commission. With a BBA from Texas A&M University, and an MABS from Dallas Theological Seminary, Wendy has led inter-mission and inter-confessional equipping efforts for 35 years, having lived and traveled abroad for most of those years. Having 20 years of executive leadership experience in missions, Wendy serves the Missio Nexus membership as Mission Advisor for Development of Women. She is also the founder and Executive Director of the collaborative Women’s Development Track. (WomensDevelopmentTrack.com.)


Rob Dixon

Dr. Rob Dixon has served as staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship for the last 22 years, currently as an Associate Regional Director for central California and southern Nevada. He is also Adjunct Faculty at Fresno Pacific University. In 2018, Rob graduated with a Doctor of Intercultural Studies degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, on the topic of flourishing mixed gender ministry partnerships. Since graduation, he has been consulting and training in organizations including Missio Nexus, the Reformed Church in America, Wycliffe, and InterVarsity. Leanne Dzubinski

Dr. Leanne Dzubinski is Associate Professor of Intercultural Education and Associate Dean for the Cook School of Intercultural Studies at Biola University. She serves in a consulting role for MissioNexus in the area of developing leadership partnerships between men and women. Her research focuses on the experiences of women in leadership in mission organizations as well as secular institutions. She is also working on a book describing the participation of women in Global Christianity from the early church to the present time. The book is slated for publication with Baker Academic in Spring 2020.
