Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Administratively support the Donor Advancement and Communications teams to bring clarity. needed to see key projects through to meet major milestones and completion.
- Proactively follow up with multiple, relevant staff when collaboration is needed for projects.
- Become the team expert for leveraging our donor management software (currently NeonCRM) and systems and maximizing our use of technology and tools available for both Donor Advancement and Communications.
- Meet Donor Advancement and Communication team needs by responding to internal and external communications in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Communication and support Donor Advancement and Communications teams by assisting them with reporting and inquiries related to major donor advancement.
- Maintain major donor prospecting email marketing, and relationship management platforms and databases.

Additional Responsibilities
- Attend LG annual gatherings.
- Participate in the annual, organizational performance review process.
- Submit expense reports as needed and on schedule.

Additional Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in similar ministry or non-profit role preferred.
- Experience with customer relations software and systems preferred.
- Experience with team collaboration and project management software and systems preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Participation in Monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation.
- Understand, affirm and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith;
