- Manage the EVP’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel.
- Prepare agendas and materials for leadership meetings.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records with accuracy and discretion, including the shared staff Google Drive.
- Arrange logistics for in-person and virtual meetings with the staff team, Board of Directors, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
- Serve as the administrative liaison to the board of GACX: preparing the agenda in consultation with the GACX President and EVP, gathering and organizing the necessary documents for board meetings, scheduling and arranging logistics for both in-person and virtual board meetings, and taking and sharing minutes.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the EVP.
- Take minutes during meetings as requested by the EVP and distribute them as needed.
