The Mobilized Church (TMC) Workshop is a two-day, highly interactive experience designed to help churches move from good intentions to clear, practical action in global missions. Rooted in Acts 13–14 and the sending church at Antioch, TMC helps pastors and church leaders recover a biblically grounded vision for missions that is integrated with discipleship, leadership, and the life of the local church.
Over two days, participants are guided through a structured process that helps them assess their church’s current missions reality, surface blind spots, and clarify realistic next steps. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all model, TMC equips leaders with seven biblically grounded keys that cultivate a healthy missions culture, alongside diagnostic tools and guided discussions that translate conviction into practice.
This workshop is designed for pastors, missions pastors, and church leadership teams who want to strengthen their church’s global engagement in a way that is theologically clear, strategically grounded, and sustainable over time. Churches are strongly encouraged to attend with multiple leaders so they can process, plan, and build together.
