Invitation
North American missions and the role of western missionaries have dramatically changed in recent years. It’s time to close the chapter on mobilization as usual and launch out boldly into the head winds of our modern world with the Gospel of Christ. Sessions include understanding this new age of missions, re-imagining our organizational cultures, our collaboration with churches and our fields, our relating to candidates, and re-orienting our mobilization teams. This event is for leaders in the mobilization domain, and each participant is invited to bring additional leaders from your organization, to roll up your sleeves together to lead your organization’s mobilization into this new age of missions.”
Participant Profile
This event is for mobilization directors and leaders who are affiliated with mobilization. Each mobilization leader is also encouraged to bring their organizational leaders who would benefit from working together to lead their organization into the new age of missions.
Who You’ll Meet
Network with mobilization directors and affiliated leaders in the mobilization arena from a wide variety of mission agencies and denominations. Meet veteran and emerging leaders from these organizations who are attending with their mobilization leaders. Connect with a variety of presenters who specialize in mobilization leadership topics.
What You’ll Learn
Sessions will provide fresh ideas and tools to help you in navigating this new age of missions, re-imaging our organizational cultures, building collaboration with churches and our fields, relevantly relating to candidates, and re-orienting our mobilization teams. The greatest insights will come from in-depth table discussions with fellow practitioners on how to practically implement each topic into your mobilization leadership domain.

Moses Saldivar
Director of Mobilization | Frontiers USA
Moses works at Frontiers USA where he leads efforts to spark sending movements to reach Muslim peoples with little or no access to the Gospel. With a background in organizational leadership and pastoral ministry, he brings a strategic lens to the intersection of mobilization, partnerships, the local church, and global mission.
In addition to his role at Frontiers, he is engaged in multicultural and intracultural ministry, including church planting in multiethnic and multilingual contexts. His work focuses on equipping the Church — particularly emerging leaders and diaspora communities — through identity formation, relational discipleship, and movement-informed tools that are simple, scalable, and rooted in everyday life. Whether walking alongside Gen Z leaders, mobilizing diaspora networks, or helping churches apply field-tested practices, he aims to connect local faithfulness with global mission.

Grant spent 14 years serving in Oaxaca, Mexico with his wife and three children church planting among UPGs, hosting short-term mission groups, running an indigenous Bible school, and starting a missionary training school. He has spent the last 14 years serving among refugees in Clarkston, GA.
