Many well-intentioned, big-hearted missions committees tend to be more reactive than proactive – rather than leading a compelling vision and strategy they simply respond to requests for funding and support. If you are interested in learning what it looks like to transition from an ad-hoc clerical group or committee to a high-functioning missions team that is organized around a strategic vision, you won’t want to miss this Peer-2-Peer gathering.
