Join the CEO & 2iC Peer-2-Peer Retreat to address leadership challenges with practical solutions. This event features two distinct tracks: one for CEOs and one for their second-in-command (2iCs). Equip your executive team with role-tailored sessions and collaborate together in joint sessions.
Participant Profile
This retreat is for the CEO/President, and their second-in-command (executive director, VP, etc.). Attendees will gain insights, strategies, and a renewed sense of purpose to lead their organizations effectively. You do not have to attend with your CEO or your 2iC to participate. Spouses are welcome to participate though there is no unique program for spouses.
Who You’ll Meet
Meet senior executives and their second-in-command from various organizations. Engage with guest speaker Tod Bolsinger, MDiv, PhD, an expert in leadership and change management.
What You’ll Learn
Topics include “How Not to Waste a Crisis,” “Leading Through Resistance,” “The Mission Always Wins,” and “Invest in Transformation.” Each participant will receive a copy of Tod Bolsinger’s 4-book series, Practicing Change, which will be discussed during the sessions. These sessions will provide tools and insights to navigate leadership challenges.

A 3-day retreat at Glen Eyrie Castle & Conference Center in Colorado Springs. The event features two distinct tracks: one for CEOs and one for their second-in-command. Our guest speaker is Tod Bolsinger. This event includes interactive discussions, networking, and optional activities like a visit to the Garden of the Gods.
Guest Speaker Bio: Tod Bolsinger, MDiv, PhD, is the co-founder and principal of AE Sloan Leadership, Inc. He is an executive coach and consultant, and the author of five books, including Canoeing the Mountains and Tempered Resilience.

Missio Nexus Members: $975 per person
Non-Missio Nexus Members: $1,275 per person

Spouses: $575 per person (Spouses are welcome to attend but there is no special program for them)
Cancellation Policy
Registration for this event closes on April 28. Cancellations received on or before April 26 will be refunded minus a $75 cancellation fee. After that, no refund is available.
