Featured Topics and Presenters

Lead Like a Designer: Building Agile, Impact-Driven Ministries for a Rapidly Changing World
Presented by Aaron Abramson, Author of Mission Design*

The world is changing faster than ever, and ministry leaders must guide their teams to adapt, innovate, and stay aligned with God’s mission. Drawing on human-centered design principles, biblical insight, and real-world examples from the missions field, this session will explore practical ways leaders can cultivate ministries that are flexible, creative, and responsive to today’s shifting landscape. We’ll also examine how thoughtful impact measurement can accelerate learning, drive meaningful change, and uncover innovative strategies to reach more people in a world that desperately needs Jesus.

Aaron Abramson is the CEO of Jews for Jesus and the author of Mission Design: Leading Your Ministry Through Organizational and Cultural Change. Raised in a Jewish family in Seattle and later in Israel, he came to faith in Jesus after a life-changing encounter with the New Testament. Aaron holds a BA in Biblical and Intercultural Studies from All Nations Christian College (England) and an MPA from New York University. He and his wife, Victoria, live in London with their three children.

Positioning Your Ministry for Legacy Giving
Presented by Bryan Taylor, CEO & CIO of Cornerstone Principal

Legacy giving can create meaningful spiritual and financial impact for your organization and your ministry partners. It allows donors to invest in Kingdom work that continues long after their lifetime through simple steps such as leaving a gift in a will, naming the ministry as a beneficiary on a retirement account or life insurance policy, or giving appreciated securities. We will review how nonprofits can prepare to receive legacy gifts and explore different approaches to having conversations with donors about the ways legacy giving can help them reach their stewardship goals.

Mr. Bryan Taylor is a Cornerstone Principal and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of the firm. He has over 25 years of experience in portfolio management and design. Mr. Taylor oversees all operations and is Chairman of the Cornerstone Investment Committee.
