Join us for the 2027 CEO & 2iC Peer-2-Peer Retreat hosted at the Drury Plaza Hotel on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, Texas
This retreat is for the CEO/President, and their second-in-command (executive director, VP, etc.). Attendees will gain insights, strategies, and a renewed sense of purpose to lead their organizations effectively. You do not have to attend with your CEO or your 2iC to participate. Each year, we’re delighted to welcome an increasing number of spouses to the event. While there isn’t a dedicated program specifically for spouses, their presence is warmly encouraged and appreciated.
The Theme – Faithful Leadership in a Changing World
The technology promising to connect us is quietly pulling us apart. But we’re convinced this is a hidden opportunity for followers of Jesus to offer the real thing. In this session, Peter and Phil draw from their work equipping leaders to thrive in an age of artificiality —and from unlikely lessons learned from decades of global service. This is an invitation to see the moment we are in and choose presence, and the messy, beautiful work of real relationships as our most powerful Gospel witness in an artificial world.

Event Overview
This 3-day retreat will be held in San Antonio, Texas. The event features two distinct tracks: one for CEOs and one for their Second-in-Commands. This event includes interactive discussions, networking, teaching, and prayer and worship with some built in time for rest and relaxation.

Drury Plaza Hotel Riverwalk
The Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk is located on the River Walk in the heart of downtown. The Alamo, San Fernando Cathedral, Aztec Theatre, and Historic Market Square are all a short walk away. Formerly the Alamo National Bank, this 24-story, renovated skyscraper features a lobby with 40-foot ceilings and stained-glass windows, as well as an all-suite tower. Cost
Members: $975 per person
Non-Members: $1,275 per person
Spouses: $575 per person (Spouses are welcome to attend but there is no special program for them.)
Registration includes all meals and lodging.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before March 10 will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. After that, no refund is available.
