Senders and supporters of Short-Term Mission efforts can sometimes be viewed as a means to an end by those that actually go. This workshop is intended to help design Short-Term Mission for an agency or church that involves specific engagements with senders and supporters during a given mission trip, but also gives those same senders/supporters long-term engagement activities with the host ministry that enhance meaningful long-term partnership.
