Presenter:Â Jon Hirst grew up in Argentina and Venezuela as a missionary kid. Trained as communicators, Jon and his wife Mindy have spent their career helping ministries and mission agencies to imagine a new future and design organizational structures and programs to move into what God has next for them. Jon has served in 30 countries with a diverse set of organizations including TEAM, HCJB (now Reach Beyond), SIL International, GMI, Community Bible Study, Missio Nexus, SIM, Africa Inland Mission, Frontier Ventures, and Avant. His passion is to help ministries renew their vision by empowering them to innovate.
