Executive Director

OVERVIEW

The purpose of the Executive Director is to maximize GFM’s impact by translating vision into action and ensuring the organization runs smoothly and effectively. This non-profit ministry leadership role balances strategic execution and operational excellence through strong organizational leadership, strategic planning, sound business management, financial oversight, and human resource development. The Executive Director works closely with the Founder to ensure that all staff, programs, and hubs are aligned with GFM’s mission, values, and strategic objectives. This ministry and not-for-profit business role is full-time and may require some fundraising. The Executive Director has the ability to work on-site and from home on a regular basis and is preferred to be based out of Atlanta, GA.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Must personally embrace GFM’s purpose, vision, values. and statement of faith
– Must identify as a maturing believer in Jesus Christ with a high view of Scripture (2 Tim 3:16-17; Col 3:16-17)
– Must demonstrate humility, teachability, and an ability to work well with others (Eph 4:15)
– Must display advanced interpersonal relational skills and be dedicated to peacemaking (Heb 10:24-25)
– Must function well both independently and in a team environment (1 Cor 12:25-26)
– Significant experience with organizational leadership using EOS systems like the Traction model
– Significant fundraising experience establishing and developing donor and church relationships
– Experience in project and budget management, human resources, and/or accounting
– Demonstrated ability to set goals, manage data and metrics while summarizing outcomes
– Must be able use or learn internal communications and technology systems (Email, Google Drive, Slack, Salesforce, Gemini AI, etc.)
– Demonstrated ability to provide significant spiritual leadership to interdenominational, missions-minded individuals and churches.
