November 20 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm EST

Virtual Event

This is Part 3 of a 3-part Series “How Well-Managed Organizations Can Cultivate the Next Generation of Leaders.”  Feel free to participate in one, two or all three in the series.

Part 1: Creating an Organizational Culture that is Hospitable to NextGen Leaders – Missio Nexus

Part 2: Identifying and Inviting NextGen Leaders (And why you need them!) – Missio Nexus

This 3 part webinar series is for you if…
…God is sending you Millennial and GenZ workers that you want to see thrive
…you are struggling to identify the next generation of leaders in your organization
…you sense that your past ways of developing emerging leaders is no longer hitting the target with younger leaders
…you sense that your leadership pipeline is running thin
…you fear that meeting the needs of the next generation of leaders will require you to change too much

Participants will learn best practices for developing Millennial and GenZ emerging leaders. They will discover the skills sets and mindsets that young leaders need to build and reinforce, as well the approaches to training that work best. Finally, they will hear about a NextGen Leader Cohort being launched by MissioNexus in 2026 and get first dibs on sending participants.
