Director of Ministry Enablement

The Director of Ministry Enablement is responsible for ensuring that the ministries of Freedom International Ministries—particularly the school, ministry facilities, and community engagement initiatives—have the financial resources, personnel, and partnerships needed to accomplish their objectives. This role develops and oversees systems for missionary recruitment, donor development, ministry partnerships, and operational coordination so that the ministry can function effectively and grow sustainably. By aligning people, resources, and partnerships with the mission of Freedom, this role enables staff and ministry leaders to focus on disciple-making, education, and community transformation.
