The importance of an active, informed governing body cannot be overemphasized. Left unchecked, even minor board neglect can eventually intrude upon the accountability and effectiveness of the ministry. In this session we will be discussing tips and ideas on how ministries obtain and maintain a governing body that enhances an environment of accountability.
