Every missions agency and nonprofit already has an operating system. Participants will learn how that operating system is formed through decisions, alignment, and day-to-day execution, and why most systems become accidental rather than intentional over time.
The virtual event will walk through the eight core components behind the Impact Operating System, drawn from the framework introduced in Built for Impact. Participants will learn how to recognize where their agency is strong, where friction is emerging, and which components need attention now. The focus is not on fixing everything, but on identifying the right few areas to strengthen in order to unlock clarity, health, and momentum.
Participants will learn how to:
– Understand the eight core components that shape how a missions agency actually operates
– Identify under-built components that are limiting clarity, health, and momentum
– Clarify a focused next step for strengthening organizational effectiveness without adding complexity
