This collaborative working summit is designed for Mobilization Leaders and Senior Agency Leaders ready to move from traditional recruiting models toward actionable innovation. To optimize the summit’s collaborative layout, leaders are urged to attend alongside their key organizational decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, VP’s, and Sending Pastors) to co-create practical frameworks and align on immediate strategic next steps.

Event Overview
A 3-day collaborative strategy summit hosted at the Frontiers Headquarters. Moving entirely away from passive lectures, this event brings together integrated leadership teams—mobilization leaders alongside organizational decision-makers—to tackle the root-system structural challenges facing global missions. Guided by an outside systems and organizational design consultant, the summit features three intensives, facilitated breakout labs utilizing dedicated strategic meeting spaces across the campus. Participants will engage in rigorous peer-to-peer alignment, diagnose shared organizational friction points, and depart with low-risk micro-experiments to pilot immediately back home.
This Summit will feature a number of speakers as well as our Event Facilitators/Mobilization Track Leaders.
Event Facilitators
Dave Jacob is a missions mobilization practitioner, researcher, trainer, and consultant. He is the Founder and Chief Servant Officer of Gospel Mobilization, a ministry dedicated to resourcing, training, and coaching missions mobilizers. He has trained hundreds of mobilizers from all over the world. Previously, he spent 7 years as the Chair of the Intercultural Studies department at Trinity Bible College and Graduate School in Ellendale, ND, where he used education and inspiration to mobilize students to the nations. From 2008-2014, he and his family served as missionaries in a sensitive country in Northern Asia. Dave is the author of It’s Your Call: To a Missional or Missionary Life, and the host of the Gospel Mobilization Podcast. He has a Master of Arts degree in Missional Leadership and loves to read books about missions, spiritual formation, and neurotheology. He also enjoys gardening, camping, kayaking, and roasting his own coffee beans outside over fire. He’s been married to his wife, Angie, for 31 years. They have 5 children and 2 grandchildren.
With over a decade of experience in the trenches of mobilization, Chelsea Christopher is passionate about the health, mobilization, and longevity of Great Commission workers. As the Vice President of People Advancement at East-West, she draws on her 14-year journey—from frontline Missionary Mobilizer to senior leader—to build systems that help workers flourish. Today, she leads East-West’s efforts across missionary and staff recruitment, HR, leadership development, and internal communications, always driven by the vision to do what’s never been done before to reach the unreached. Her global perspective was sparked on a mission trip at age eight and later formalized through a Master of Arts in Global Leadership. Chelsea lives in the Ft. Worth area with her husband, Steven, their two children, Beau and Bella, and their silver lab, Abe.
