Jolene Erlacher

Speaker/Consultant, Leading Tomorrow

Jolene grew up as the daughter of missionaries. She has worked mobilizing and training short-term and mid-term mission teams for over 15 years. Jolene has a doctorate in leadership and has done extensive research on generational trends. Her two books, Millennials in Ministry and Daniel Generation, document the challenges and opportunities for Millennials and Generation Z in leadership and ministry roles. Jolene currently works as a speaker and consultant with Leading Tomorrow (www.leadingtomorrow.org). She helps organizations, churches, and mission agencies effectively engage, equip and empower the next generation for kingdom service. Jolene lives with her husband and daughters in central North Carolina.
