Description: This workshop will address the foundation upon which you build an agency/church partnership and teamwork. Building a strategy that adds value to all parties will be discussed. Several templates or examples of tandem ministry will be provided. This kind of approach can be managed by almost any size church or agency. The primary audience for this workshop is church and agency personnel looking to engage in closer working relationships.
