Role Summary
Our Global Broadcast Content team is looking for a missionary to serve as a Media Training Specialist to provide outcome-based education, training and development that meets well-defined individual and organizational learning needs, to ensure that all learning in media training is applied in the workplace.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate media training materials, methods, and needs analysis
Facilitate and oversee media training using a variety of methods suitable to the subject and the audience
Design and develop media learning material
Ensure that learning programs follow an outcomes-based approach
Design and develop learning assessments
Evaluate and recommend training solutions, based on stated and perceived needs and training needs analyses, which meet the media training needs of staff in the TWR Africa Regional and National Offices
Desirable Qualifications
Media training knowledge and experience (minimum three years)
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Ability and willingness to travel to different locations
