Of the world’s people groups, less than 2k now lack witnesses intent on nurturing multiplying churches if God favored. But these 1600 face barriers to initial engagement–much less to reaching. What are these internal and external barriers to engagement, and what is required to overcome them? If we engage them, God will help us reach them, but until we engage them, they remain both unreached and unreachable. Let’s bring an end to the beginning; let’s first engage, then reach.
